Hello! Welcome to Atelier Turner [the blog]. So you are probably wondering...who's behind this blog? First name is Tricia. It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm an Interior Architect and began my career designing luxury hotels in far off locations such as Abu Dhabi and Macau, China. Then I got this crazy idea to start my own interior architecture and interior design firm based in Chicago (accepting clients worldwide) which has led me to forming this blog. So here's to launching another blog into the blogosphere!

I...like mixing modern with traditional elements but really think the architecture should shine, can't contain my creative energy, like to start my day with a glass of pineapple juice or chai tea latte, believe travel is the spice of life, find my happy music lies on Pandora's Best Coast station, am an amateur photographer secretly wishing I could shoot like the pros & am very fond of boutique hotel design.  

With this blog, I hope to excite your design senses and bring you Style House (my perspective on interior design). I'll also throw in on occasion other articles, tidbits or images of coolness that relate to design.
